Dirk Nowitzki had a solid outing against the Raptors, notching 18 points (8-of-13 shooting), seven rebounds, one assist, one 3-pointer, one steal and three blocks in Tuesday’s win.
Nowitzki isn’t the dynamic threat he once was but has done a nice job of returning low-end value for fantasy owners this year. He’s been able to avoid the DNP monster under the bed and has been pretty healthy throughout the season. Dirk has zero upside at this point but can be a nice end-of-roster presence for teams in need of scoring and solid efficiency. There are definitely higher-upside plays on most waiver wires so your use for him depends on your roster build and overall philosophy.
