Donovan Mitchell hit just 1-of-10 shots in the Jazz’s 110-80 win over the Bulls on Wednesday, but still finished with four points, five boards, seven assists, one steal and one block in 26 minutes.
The fact that Mitchell is registering 1.9 defensive stats per game on the season in 28.1 mpg is a great sign for his value going forward, career-wise. This year, he’s hitting just 37.1 percent of his field goals and that’s going to limit his upside. He’s a top 95-120 value (8/9 cat) so far on the season and that is probably a good baseline for owners to measure him at. If he can keep gaining minutes and improve on the efficiency he can obviously climb higher.
