Dwight Howard will likely remain a spectator for at least another month to recover from his back surgery.
According to a person familiar with the situation, it is looking like Howard will be re-evaluated on the third month of his timetable with regards to how he's progressing so far. From there, he would first have to go through practice and show that he'll be able to handle five-on-five full contact drills before officially returning to the court. There's no official word yet on Dwight being shutdown for the season so fantasy owners can try selling high on Thomas Bryant while he's starting and playing well in place of Howard.
