Dwight Howard and Marvin Williams combined to shoot 14-of-21 on Monday night with Howard adding seven boards and two blocks to his 23 points while Williams chipped in seven boards, four triples and 18 points in a 116-103 win on Monday.
Howard is really turning it around after a bad start to the year. He’s outside the top-180 on the year but is returning top-100 value over the last month and is ranked 61st overall over the last two weeks. Dwight’s scoring, and blocks are up as is his free throw shooting over the last month. Marvin Williams was a top-100 player last year in 8-cat and is top-130 so far this year. He should settle somewhere between the two before all is said and done this year as he has more competition from Jeremy Lamb this year.
