Dwight Howard started Saturday’s game despite dislocating his finger on Friday and managed to thrash the thin Bucks for 21 points, 16 rebounds and two blocks in a 111-106 victory.
Howard’s touch around the rim wasn’t impacted much, as he went 7-of-11 from the field and a relatively reasonable 7-of-12 from the line. Dwight is stunningly outside the top-250 this year, and pretty much all his value comes from rebounds, blocks and field goal percentage. Of course, he also rockets up to top-50 once you punt free throws. That’s a long way of saying that things are the same as ever with Howard.
