Dwyane Wade returned from his “mild” hamstring strain on Friday night, scoring seven points with two assists, a steal and a 3-of-9 shooting line in 20 minutes against the Thunder.
Wade missed around two weeks with the ailment but looks ready to go for the stretch run. He won’t be a standard league option and it’ll be on owners to avoid the siren song of his inevitable throwback line. He still saw the fewest minutes of any bench guard tonight, though he did equal starter Tyler Johnson who disappointed with eight points, six rebounds and two triples in just 20 minutes. Hopefully it was a hot-hand thing with Johnson, who has been a top-100 option over the last month. Sit tight there.
