Ed Davis put up 12 points and pulled down 10 boards in Tuesday’s win against the Pelicans.
He also added a block and knocked down 6-of-12 from the field in 21 minutes of action. Davis only played 17.2 minutes per game last year and he looks healthy after recovering from shoulder surgery. He has sneaky value for owners in need of rebounds and blocks as he can produce in limited minutes. Jusuf Nurkic has been off to a slow start so far while Davis was asked to defend DeMarcus Cousins last night and he should continue getting consistent minutes as the backup center of the Blazers.
