Elfrid Payton continued his hot streak with 15 points on 7-of-11 shooting, six boards, five assists, two steals on Sunday against the Knicks.
Payton has been a top-35 player over his last four games and may be heating up to the expectations many owners had of him this year heading into their fantasy drafts. That said his value is lower than last year and he has more work to do to have a career year. The silver lining is the steals are up while he’s continued to increase his shot selection to bring his field goal percentage north of 50 percent. Hold Payton and if you don’t think he can keep it up try to move him in a couple weeks.
