• Emmanuel Mudiay
    PG, New York Knicks

Emmanuel Mudiay was able to score 19 points in Friday’s loss, going 7-of-14 from the field while adding four assists, a steal and a triple in 28 minutes of work.

Mudiay appears to be locked into the starting point guard role for better or worse. It’s definitely the latter for fantasy owners, as Mudiay has been outside the top-300 over the last month. While starting point guards tend to come with workloads that support fantasy value, Mudiay’s stat set is just too flimsy to work in all but the deepest of leagues. You can add him if you’re desperate for points and assists and willing to sacrifice your percentages but most owners should stay far, far away. His ascension has also hurt Trey Burke, who only scored four points in 14 minutes tonight.
