Enes Kanter managed a double-double in 25 minutes, scraping together 15 and 10 in a 111-95 loss to the Warriors.
Kanter benefited big time from Golden State being without KD, as it forced them to use bigger lineups more often. In his three games against the Dubs this season, Kanter has played three, 30 and now 25 minutes. He’ll be liable to disappear every now and then against powerful small-ball teams, but he’s a steady points and boards guy with good efficiency. In true Kanter fashion, he didn’t collect any other stats. He’s just outside the top-100 on the season, failing to reward owners who picked him in the middle rounds with hopes of a usage spike this season. While dreams of a breakout are probably dead and buried, he’s a consistent piece for the meat of any roster.
