Eric Gordon played 36 minutes in a win against the Wizards on Monday, finishing with 31 points (11-of-18 from the field, 3-of-4 at the line), six 3-pointers, two rebounds, three assists, one block and three turnovers.
Gordon was on fire tonight and he’s been the biggest beneficiary from having Mike D’Antoni come to Houston aside from James Harden. He only played 45 games last season for the Pelicans and he’s already at 36 games this season. His injury issues seem to be behind him for now and he’s arguably playing the best basketball of his career with the Rockets. Good for him and his owners as he’s just outside of the top-50 on the year.
