E’Twaun Moore will be expected to see some minutes at small forward this season, according to Jim Eichenhofer of NBA.com.
The addition of Rajon Rondo this offseason shifted Jrue Holiday to shooting guard, Moore’s natural position. But starting small forward Solomon Hill needed hamstring surgery in August and it will likely force him to miss most of the season. Moore is expected to see some extra time on the court at small forward and provide versatility. The 6’4 guard shot 37 percent from three last season and said guarding bigger defenders is ‘fun and he looks forward to it’. Even with the increased minutes Moore may see, he can still be avoided in anything but the deepest of leagues.
