Evan Fournier finished with 25 points, three assists, and two boards on 9-of-17 FG, 4-of-9 from deep and 2-of-2 FT while Elfrid Payton posted 16 points, 10 assists, and 11 boards on 9-of-17 FG in Monday’s loss to the Knicks.
Fournier’s four 3-pointers were the most he has hit in a game all season. He seems to be trending in the right direction getting himself back into the top-150 per game over the last four games. Prior to that he had been slumping and dropped into the 200’s over the last 12 games. His shooting is up and his TO’s are down so keep him owned. Payton, with his triple-double tonight, has come alive over the past two weeks- good for top-80 per game production. The improvement stems from 55 percent shooting from the field and increased boards and assists. The shooting is likely to regress, but Payton is still a top-100 asset in total.
