• San Antonio’s old reliable, Tony Parker, picked up 11 points and six assists while replacement starters Bryn Forbes and Joffrey Lauvergne scored 12 and 11 points respectively in Thursday’s road loss.

Forbes knocked down three triples and added a steal while Lauvergne picked up five rebounds, two steals, a block and a 3-pointer. It was an egalitarian effort from the Spurs, who had six players score between 10 and 12 points. That kind of spread-the-wealth approach probably helps everyone’s development (at least among those who still need to develop) but doesn’t do anything for fantasy owners. The Spurs are a basketball machine but they can be largely ignored outside of their big names for fantasy purposes.
