Frank Ntilikina is adding muscle and still growing.
Ntilikina, who turns 20 in October, is still growing, reportedly growing at least an inch since he was drafted. He is also adding a bit of muscle this off-season, He spent five weeks working out in the Paris sports facility, INSEP and has been training in the Knicks' practice facility every morning since his return to the States. "I've had the chance to maximize my time and work on my body, which I didn't have time to do during the season," Ntilikina says. He is already bonding with new coach David Fizdale as he took Ntilikina, Emmanuel Mudiay and Damyean Dotson to Game 5 of the Eastern Conference Finals. The Knicks have experimented with playing Ntilikina at the two guard this past season and that may continue. More than anything, he needs to improve his ability to drive to the basket and his shooting percentages as he only shot 36.4 percent from the field and 31.8 percent from deep in his first year. In terms of fantasy, he will like be a last round flier in most drafts as the Knicks' depth at guard will likely keep his minutes around 25 per game.
