• Giannis Antetokounmpo
    F, Milwaukee Bucks

Giannis Antetokounmpo (right ankle sprain) is questionable to play the Cavs on Wednesday.

With the news that Nikola Mirotic is out for the next few weeks, the Bucks need Giannis back on the floor. If Giannis can't give it a go Ersan Ilyasova and D.J. Wilson will have the PF spot to themselves, and make for decent streaming options in a good matchup.

Fantasy News

  • Isaiah Thomas
    PG, Washington Wizards

Shams Charania is reporting that Isaiah Thomas (left calf strain) will be sidelined for at least another week.

Thomas has struggled to produce worthwhile fantasy numbers since moving into the starting lineup, and he can be cut loose in most 12-team leagues. Ish Smith offers some short-term stability as an assists specialist with upside in the other categories now that he's not in a timeshare. Don't expect too much either way.

  • Kz Okpala
    F, Miami Heat

KZ Okpala (left Achilles) has been upgraded to questionable ahead of Tuesday's game.

Okpala has been out since late October, and there's probably no room for him in the rotation anyway. He's not on the radar but this upgrade is good news.

  • Dion Waiters
    SG, Miami Heat

Dion Waiters (illness) is questionable for Tuesday's tilt with the Hawks.

Waiters has yet to play this season and even if he's cleared there's no guarantee that he sees the court.

  • Goran Dragic
    PG, Miami Heat

Goran Dragic (right groin strain) will not play on Tuesday night.

Dragic is getting ruled out a full day in advance, which isn't a great sign. He remains worth hanging onto in 8-cat leagues but is a lot closer to the cut line in 9-cat, where that decision will be made based on your need for immediate production.

  • Justise Winslow
    SF, Miami Heat

Justise Winslow (back strain) has been ruled out ahead of Tuesday's matchup with the Hawks.

Winslow just can't seem to stay healthy this season and is not a must-hold guy in 12-team leagues. A late-round player even when healthy, most managers can probably get more use out of a streaming slot or hot free agent.

  • Bam Adebayo
    C, Miami Heat

The Heat are listing Bam Adebayo (right groin contusion) as questionable for Tuesday's game.

Adebayo played through the injury in a 12-13-6 performance against the Bulls on Sunday so fantasy GMs shouldn't be sweating too much, as we haven't heard about an aggravation or anything like that. Check back tomorrow for another update.

  • Marvin Williams
    PF, Charlotte Hornets

Marvin Williams (right knee soreness) is doubtful to play on Tuesday.

Williams was probably for Sunday before ultimately getting ruled out, and the Hornets won't push their veteran considering his limited role this season. Marv's only a deep-league asset.

  • PJ Washington
    PF, Charlotte Hornets

PJ Washington (right ankle sprain) is probable for Tuesday's game against the Wizards.

Washington should be able to feast against a terrible Washington defense, so just check back tomorrow for a final confirmation that he'll be good to go.

  • Terrance Ferguson
    SG, Oklahoma City Thunder

Terrance Ferguson (right hip) will miss Monday's game.

It will be Ferguson's third straight absence. Abdel Nader will make another start but there's limited fantasy appeal.

  • Danilo Gallinari
    SF, Oklahoma City Thunder

Danilo Gallinari (left ankle sprain) has been ruled out of Monday's game.

This one comes out of nowhere, and fantasy GMs have to be bristling given Gallinari's injury tendencies. Hopefully he's not out long, as he's producing easy middle-round numbers this season. Expect the Thunder's guards to get extra shots up tonight, with Abdel Nader, Darius Bazley and Mike Muscala potential fill-ins at the power forward spot.
