Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 22 points in less than 22 minutes of action in Thursday's win over the Spurs.
Antetokounmpo was in foul trouble early but was able to avoid fouling out in the second half of the contest. To go along with his 22 points, he put up three rebounds, four assists, three steals, one trifecta and two turnovers while shooting 9-of-13 from the field. Giannis continues to struggle from outside as he missed four of his five attempts from distance and missed five of his eight attempts at the free throw line. The reigning MVP will be ready to go when the Bucks resume the season, but it is worth noting that he might take a hit in resumption leagues as the team is virtually locked in as the number one seed in the Eastern Conference and they may choose to rest some of their stars in preparation for the playoffs.
