Giannis Antetokounmpo put up an MVP performance on Thursday against the Sixers by dropping 45 points on 13-of-22 shooting while adding 13 rebounds, six assists, three 3-pointers and five blocks.

Antetokounmpo dominated both sides of the ball tonight as noted by his stat line. He went 16-for-21 at the line which isn't bad by his standards and he's actually shooting .797 at the stripe over his last ten games. With a tie ball game, Anetetokounmpo was able to swat away Joel Embiid's game-tying attempt and set up teammate Sterling Brown on a fastbreak to essentially ice the game which was just a microcosm of his performance on the year. The MVP race is between him and James Harden.
