Goran Dragic will undergo arthroscopic knee surgery on Wednesday and is expected to miss two months.
Dragic simply hasn't been able to stay healthy this season, and his absence leaves a gaping hole in Miami's backcourt. Tyler Johnson is the only true point guard left, and even then he's more of a combo guard. Either way, he's a pickup in 12-team leagues with 30-plus minutes a night headed his way. This also means more playmaking duties for Josh Richardson and Justise Winslow (who's still more of a 14-team player), and this could also trickle down to help out guys like Kelly Olynyk and James Johnson. Dwyane Wade is going to play more as well. Dragic hasn't been strong enough to warrant a hold if you don't have an IR spot.
