Greg Monroe played 22 minutes against the Raptors on Tuesday, scoring 18 points with four rebounds, one assist and one steal.
Monroe shot an efficient 6-of-9 from the floor and 6-of-6 from the stripe, feasting off of the extra attention that Raptors were shading towards Giannis Antetokounmpo. He generate a number of easy buckets on clever cuts to the rim, giving ball handlers easy passes out of double-teams. Monroe isn’t the most talented defender, but he can survive against Jonas Valanciunas and gives the Bucks a nice scoring option off the bench.
