• GM Tim Connelly has said that rookie draftee Jamal Murray will play on the ball a lot and that Gary Harris is still the team’s starting shooting guard.

That leaves the elephant in the room as one Emmanuel Mudiay, who had a tepid rookie season that was neither ‘good’ nor ‘bad.’  If Murray functions as the backup point guard then you’re looking at a three guard rotation, although Harris can play some small ball three if needed.  The bottom line is that Harris has proven himself and it will be up to Murray and Mudiay to battle for the scraps.
