Gordon Hayward hit just 6-of-20 shots (including two threes) in Monday’s loss to the Celtics, finishing with 16 points to go with four rebounds and six assists.
Hayward got stuffed by Avery Bradley on the game’s most important play and the Celtics have a good defense so none of this is surprising. Rodney Hood got the same treatment and hit 4-of-17 shots for 11 points, four rebounds, seven assists and one trey, as his value has dipped closer to the top-80 range than the early round heights he hit a few weeks back. Alec Burks could complicate both of these guys lives a little bit, but it’s doubtful he is given the kind of leash he would need to drop them more than a round of value.
