April 10, 2019, 1:22 pmKendrick Nunn - G - Miami Heat
The Heat are planning on signing Kendrick Nunn out of the G-League.
Nunn finished second in the nation in scoring with 25.9 points per game in his senior season at Oakland and he also led the entire NCAA in 3-pointers with 4.47 per contest. He's spent this past season with the Santa Cruz Warriors in the G-League, where he has averaged 19.3 points (.473 shooting), 3.8 rebounds, 2.8 assists, 1.5 steals and 1.7 3-pointers. Not a bad flier for Miami to take with their season officially over.

April 23, 2019, 6:00 pmIgor Kokoskov - Team - Phoenix Suns
The Suns have released all the coaching staff of Igor Kokoskov so the next coach can hire their own staff.
The Suns cleaned house on their coaching staff just one season removed from signing Kokoskov. The next coach will be the Suns’ fifth coach in five seasons. For context; Devin Booker will be on his fifth coach at the age of 22. The Suns desperately need to nail this pick and give the new coach sufficient time to mold this young core.

April 23, 2019, 5:46 pmTerrence Ross - G/F - Orlando Magic
The Magic are sticking with their normal starting five in Game 5 against the Raptors on Tuesday.
There was some thought that coach Steve Clifford would slide Terrence Ross into the starting lineup, but he ultimately decided that he needs Ross' scoring off the bench to prevent lulls in the second unit. He also mentioned that he needs Jonathan Isaac and Aaron Gordon to guard Kawhi Leonard and Pascal Siakam. Ross is going to see a lot of minutes either way.

April 23, 2019, 5:40 pmJoel Embiid - F/C - Philadelphia Sixers
Joel Embiid (left knee soreness) remained probable ahead of Tuesday's Game 5 against the Nets in the most recent NBA injury report update.
Embiid's game-to-game availability this series has been a crapshoot. He missed a game with a probable tag while playing another with a questionable. Make sure to check back in prior to tipoff, but it's looking like Embiid will give it a go in a close out opportunity at home.

April 23, 2019, 5:33 pmBlake Griffin - F - Detroit Pistons
Blake Griffin shook hands with every media member and wished them a great summer after his end of the year press conference.
What a gentlemanly move by Griffin, as this is very rare to see from a player. Griffin had a great season for the Pistons and fought through injury to get on the court for his team in the playoffs. We should expect more of the same from Griffin next season if healthy.

April 23, 2019, 5:19 pmJB Bickerstaff - Team - Memphis Grizzlies
The Cavs are interested in former Grizzlies coach JB Bickerstaff and may formally add him to their coaching search.
Bickerstaff would join a long list of coaches already linked to the Cavs, as they leave no stone unturned in their search for a new head coach. The way it is going, Bickerstaff won't be the last name linked to the Cavs in the coming weeks.

Jason Kidd interviewed with GM Rob Pelinka and team executive Kurt Rambis for the Lakers' head coaching position on Monday.
Kidd, who has been on the market since the Bucks fired him during the 2017-2018 season, becomes the third candidate to meet with the Lakers since they fired Luke Walton. The head coaching carousel is starting to heat up.
April 23, 2019, 4:10 pmNate Tibbetts - Team - Trail Blazers

April 23, 2019, 3:34 pmDeMarcus Cousins - C - Golden State Warriors
DeMarcus Cousins (torn left quad) is with the Warriors and rehabbing, although it remains highly unlikely that he will return this season.
This doesn't change Cousins' status much for the playoffs, but it is nice to hear that he is able to get some work in. Cousins will again be on the open market this summer as he tries to prove his health before free agency starts up.

April 23, 2019, 3:28 pmDraymond Green - F - Golden State Warriors
Draymond Green (wrist), whose MRI came back clean, practiced on Tuesday and is available to play in Game 5 on Wednesday.
It looks like Green avoided anything serious and is "fine" moving forward. This is great news for the Warriors, who are already dealing with the loss of DeMarcus Cousins.

April 23, 2019, 3:21 pmPaul George - F - Oklahoma City Thunder
Paul George is staying confident that his Thunder will come back from a 3-1 deficit saying, "I definitely think we're built for this. If there's a team that can be down 3-1 and come back from it, I think we're the team to do it."
While it's great to hear the confidence from one of your superstar leaders, the Thunder need to shoot better if they want to mount a comeback. George looked better in Game 4, but outside of Game 3's home win, the Thunder have shot the ball poorly as a team all series long.
