Isaiah Thomas scored 24 points in Wednesday’s 108-97 victory over the Bulls, adding five boards, four assists, one steal and one triple.
He struggled with his jumper tonight, going just 6-for-17 from the floor and 1-for-10 from 3-point range, but made up to it with his tenacious drives to the basket. Thomas converted or drew contact around the hoop, earning 11 trips to the line and converting every one of them. After dropping their first two games at home the Celtics have now won three straight, and are poised to move on if they can best the Bulls’ on Friday in Chicago.
