Ish Smith scored 14 points and handed out a game high nine assists in Monday’s 107-97 victory over the Pacers.
Smith is more than a capable backup and should arguably be starting for the Pistons. He shot 6-for-11 from the field and 2-for-2 from the line. Smith ended the game with the second highest plus-minus of +23. He’ll eat into Reggie Jackson’s minutes all season as long as he’s healthy.
