• Ivan Rabb - F - Memphis Grizzlies

Ivan Rabb (right heel soreness) will not play on Wednesday night and Bruno Caboclo will start in his place.

Rabb was doubtful so this isn't a surprising development. Depending on game flow we'll see more Joakim Noah and Chandler Parsons in addition to Caboclo, and recent play probably points towards Noah as the only one worth plugging into lineups.

Fantasy News

  • Giannis Antetokounmpo - F - Milwaukee Bucks

Giannis Antetokounmpo (right ankle sprain) returned from two games on the shelf and looked fresh with 27 points, eight rebounds, seven assists, a steal, two blocks and a 3-pointer in a 116-87 win over the Heat.

The Greek Freak shot 12-of-19 from the field and 2-of-4 from the line. He might get some more precautionary nights off if anything pops up, especially with Milwaukee coasting its way to the top seed, but it was great to see him back tonight.

  • Khris Middleton - F - Milwaukee Bucks

Khris Middleton cooked up 18 points, eight rebounds, 10 assists, a steal and two triples on 8-of-13 from the field in Friday's win.

It's nice to see Middleton come through with a big-time line like this with Giannis Antetokounmpo in the lineup. Expect the usual middle-round numbers with early-round flashes.

  • Ersan Ilyasova - F - Milwaukee Bucks

Ersan Ilyasova tallied 13 points (4-of-6 shooting), five rebounds, an assist, a steal and three 3-pointers in Friday's easy home win.

Ilyasova also saw 27 minutes and looks like the main beneficiary of Nikola Mirotic's absence. He might get into the top-150 if he keeps up the solid shooting, and his stat set offers some 12-team appeal if you need rebounds and out-of-position threes. Ilyasova isn't a must-add by any means, though.

  • Pat Connaughton - G - Milwaukee Bucks

Pat Connaughton played 28 minutes in Friday's win over the Heat, posting six points, 10 rebounds, four assists and two threes.

Connaughton logged more than starter Tony Snell, who had 22 minutes (10 points, four rebounds, two assists, one steal, one block, two threes), though the garbage time asterisk applies. George Hill is still working his way back from a groin injury and played 18 quiet minutes. This is your committee to replace Malcolm Brogdon, so good luck to any fantasy owners wading into this mess.

  • Eric Bledsoe - G - Milwaukee Bucks

Eric Bledsoe didn't do much in Friday's easy win, scoring nine points on 3-of-10 shooting to go with one rebound, one assist and one 3-pointer in 28 minutes.

It's an ill-timed dud for fantasy purposes, but the Bucks simply didn't need to go full tilt to rip the Heat to shreds. Hopefully your fantasy team makes it to next week to reap the rewards of more typical Bledsoe numbers.

  • Hassan Whiteside - C - Miami Heat

Hassan Whiteside was able to collect 14 points (6-of-8 shooting), nine rebounds and three blocks in Friday's loss to the Bucks.

Milwaukee was up by 25 points after three quarters so this counts as the best Heat line of the night as everyone saw their minutes reduced. Whiteside has taken a back seat to Kelly Olynyk and Bam Adebayo lately but remains a standard-league value thanks to his prolific output in blocks. It's not going to be an easy ride, but there's still late-round value at least.

  • Goran Dragic - G - Miami Heat

Goran Dragic finished Friday's ugly loss with five rebounds, four assists, a steal and zero points on 0-for-9 shooting.

Well that's one way to end a hot streak. The Dragon had scored 19, 26 and 22 points in the three games prior to this and probably burned a bunch of owners who bit on that hot run. He's still been better than expected since returning from injury, but it's hard to expect more than late-round value here. Derrick Jones Jr. started again and had 11 points, seven rebounds, three assists, two steals and a triple. He's got nice upside for his production of cash counters, so give him a look if you that fits a need while Justise Winslow is out.

  • Dion Waiters - G - Miami Heat

Dion Waiters delivered nine points, a steal, two blocks and three 3-pointers in Friday's loss to the Bucks.

Waiters went 3-of-9 from the field but at least he made his shots count and came through with some defense. He's a deep-league option unless you're desperate for points and feeling lucky. Tonight's line was something we'd expect to see from a guy like James Johnson, who flopped with four points, one rebound, two assists and a 1-of-7 shooting line in his 24 minutes.

  • Bam Adebayo - C/F - Miami Heat

Bam Adebayo (bruised right hip) played through his injury on Friday night and ended up with 12 points, seven rebounds and a steal on 5-of-10 from the field in 18 minutes.

It's nothing special but Bam was healthy enough to play, which is the important thing here. Miami was completely outclassed so nobody had a good game on that side of the ball, though the Heat also avoided true garbage time lineups so we saw a lot of "fine" stuff from most of their players. Kelly Olynyk had 13 points with three triples and Josh Richardson went 10-4-5 with three cash counters, for example.

  • Larry Nance Jr. - F - Cleveland Cavaliers

Larry Nance Jr. posted 14 points, nine rebounds, three steals and a 3-pointer on 6-of-9 shooting in Friday's 108-110 loss to the Clippers.

Nance led the center group (non-Love division) with 24 minutes tonight, and that's a trend that we hope to see last for the rest of the season. He's someone that should be rostered in all leagues, though it's possible that Larry Drew bungles this one for the fantasy community.
