• J.R. Smith hit 4-of-8 three pointers on Sunday to finish a Game 3 loss with 13 points and eight rebounds.

All of Smith’s shots came from behind the three point line in this one. He hit his fourth bucket of the night to knot things up with 36 seconds left after Jae Crowder foolishly left him wide open atop the arc. The eight rebounds were a bit out of character but his fantasy owners will take it. Both of his presumed covers had nice offensive nights so we’ll see how he rises to the challenge in Game 4. Smith has actually turned into a sound perimeter defender despite his reputation, so those will be fun matchups to watch going forward.
