Jae Crowder and Avery Bradley were part of a balanced Celtics attack in Saturday’s win, each scoring 15 points with a smattering of goodies.
Crowder shot 6-of-9 with nine rebounds, three dimes and a triple while Bradley shot 6-of-14 with three triples, six boards, four assists and a block. Both guys are putting the finishing touches on mid-round seasons, with Bradley’s in particular looking like a real breakout campaign. The duo helped Boston pull away late and stay close to the Cavs in pursuit of the one seed. All five starters scored at least 13 points in this one, with Jaylen Brown scoring 10 and Marcus Smart and Jonas Jerebko each notching nine points. It was all hands on deck but the C’s got the job done.
