• Jae Crowder
    F, Utah Jazz

Jae Crowder will draw the start at power forward on Sunday as Derrick Favors moves to the bench.

It's a matchup play as Crowder will be able to guard Nemanja Bjelica on the perimeter. He typically plays more than Favors anyway and is a late-round option in 9-cat leagues. This doesn't change much for Favors, really.

Fantasy News

  • Trevor Ariza
    SF, Sacramento Kings

Trevor Ariza has been ruled out of Friday's game with a sore right groin.

Ariza has not been on standard-league fantasy radars so this is no biggie. Expect Bogdan Bogdanovic to continue to thrive amid the Kings' injury woes.

  • Dewayne Dedmon
    C, Sacramento Kings

Dewayne Dedmon (right knee sprain) will play on Friday.

Dedmon's minutes and production have been unimpressive since losing his starting job to Richaun Holmes. Dedmon still has value in very deep leagues.

  • Anthony Davis
    PF-C, Los Angeles Lakers

Anthony Davis (sore shoulder) will return to action on Friday and will not be on a minutes limit.

He took a day to rest and heal up his minor aches and pains. It appears that the trainers have given AD the green light to play as much as the coach deems necessary, so he should once again be a dominant force in real and fantasy basketball tonight.

  • Malcolm Brogdon
    PG, Indiana Pacers

Malcolm Brogdon has been diagnosed with a sore lower back and is questionable to return to Friday's game vs. the Rockets.

Ouch. The Pacers are banged up with both Myles Turner and Victor Oladipo still out of commission. If Brogdon misses time, expect Aaron Holiday and T.J. McConnell to split those PG minutes.

  • Tony Snell
    SG, Detroit Pistons

Tony Snell (hip flexor strain) is done for the night after being diagnosed with a hip flexor strain on Friday.

Snell only played nine minutes in this one and had only one rebound to his name. Langston Galloway started in his place in the second half.

  • Malcolm Brogdon
    PG, Indiana Pacers

Malcolm Brogdon headed back to the locker room in Friday's game vs. the Rockets.

It's unclear as to what the matter is right now, but hopefully it's nothing serious. Brogdon has been smashing his ADP to smithereens so far this season.

  • Vince Carter
    SG, Atlanta Hawks

Vince Carter (personal) will not play for the Hawks on Saturday vs. the Clippers.

Carter has been a low-end deep-league play so far this season and his roster spot can be freed up for streaming purposes in all formats.

  • Patrick Beverley
    PG, Los Angeles Clippers

Patrick Beverley is still dealing with left calf soreness and is questionable vs. the Hawks on Saturday.

With both Landry Shamet (sprained ankle) and Pat Bev at out, expect to see some more of Terrence Mann and Rodney McGruder.

  • Kawhi Leonard
    SF, Los Angeles Clippers

Kawhi Leonard is listed as questionable to play on Saturday vs. the Hawks.

He already missed one end of a B2B, so this potentially "extra" day for left knee injury management is a bit of a concern. DNPs are the only bane to his otherwise stellar fantasy production this season.

  • Shabazz Napier
    PG, Minnesota Timberwolves

Shabazz Napier (right hamstring strain) will be out for Friday's matchup with the Wizards.

Napier's sixth straight absence from the lineup due to the hamstring issue. It looks like Jarrett Culver is going to be tough to surpass whenever Napier is ready to return to the rotation. He is not much of an option beyond deep-leagues when he does get back to playing.
