James Johnson was a primary contributor for the Wolves on Tuesday, finishing with 19 points (8-of-14 FG, 1-of-2 3PT), six rebounds, five assists and two steals in only 21 minutes in a victory over the Pelicans.
This was remarkable production from Johnson, considering he only logged 21 minutes. With Karl-Anthony Towns dealing with injury, Johnson has virtually been a must-own player. He definitely needs to be used in deeper leagues and, given his play since arriving in Minnesota, should have the opportunity to retain some of his value even if/when KAT makes a return to the court.
