Jarrett Allen scored 20 points to go along with a career-high 24 rebounds and three blocks in a huge overtime win against the Rockets on Wednesday.
He shot 10-of-19 from the field and missed his only attempt from the free-throw line. However, that miss turned into a crucial Spencer Dinwiddie 3-point play to give the Nets a one point lead late in overtime. Allen took advantage of Clint Capela being sidelined with a thumb injury as he was being guarded by Gary Clark and PJ Tucker for much of this game. He also played a team-high 43 minutes and showed why he has been the highest valued fantasy player on the Nets as he is inside the top-60. He has been a top-20 value over the past two weeks and is showing his early-round potential. Also, he added James Harden to the list of superstars he has blocked this season.
