Jarrett Jack produced a solid line of 12 points, five rebounds, two assists and one steal one 5-of-10 shooting in 23 minutes during Wednesday’s victory.
While Jack has provided a steady veteran presence for the Knicks this season, he’s outside of the top-175 for fantasy purposes. He’s someone that deep league owners can use for short stretches but his biggest impact in fantasy circles comes from the fact that he’s taking minutes from Frank Ntilikina. On the other hand, Ntilikina hasn’t exactly taken the bull by the horns this year and didn’t move the needle much tonight with eight points, two threes, two steals and four turnovers in 25 minutes. There’s still some growing pains for him to go through but it’s obvious who the higher upside play is. Get the rookie on your watch lists and be ready to pounce when he inevitably overtakes Jack for the starting job.
