Jaylen Brown (hamstring) told Celtics head coach Brad Stevens that ‘he felt better’ this morning.
This is surprising news as Brown had been listed as doubtful heading into the morning. Stevens mentioned he does not know what Brown feeling better means and as of now there is still no word on whether or not he will play tonight in Game 1 versus the Sixers. If Brown is forced to sit out Marcus Smart makes for the most likely candidate to replace him in the starting lineup, while Shane Larkin and Marcus Morris would also likely see increased bench roles and can be viewed as punt options for DFS.
