Tony Jones reports that the Jazz reportedly want to get Georges Niang on the floor more for his shooting, and that was one of the reasons they parted ways with Jeff Green.
That sounds like a big plus for Niang until you notice that he shot 1-for-7 from the field in nine minutes tonight. Overall this season, though, Niang was shooting 42.9 percent on threes coming into this game, so he should be much better than he was tonight. Jeff Green had seven points, one rebounds, two assists and two steals in 18 minutes in his final game with the Jazz.
