Jeff Teague scored 20 points on 4-of-15 shooting (1-of-4 3PTs, 11-of-12 FTs) with three rebounds and four assists in the Pacers’ 105-99 loss to the Celtics on Saturday.
Teague is a natural fit to produce when Paul George is out and the fact that the buckets came at the line, rather than the field, is also a pretty logical occurrence. At this point owners will take what they can get as he posts mid-to-late round value well below his early mid-round ADP. It was pretty hard to get excited about Teague playing alongside both George and Monta Ellis (15 points, four rebounds, four assists, one steal, one block, one three) and it’s not too surprising to see this.
