November 9, 2018, 11:01 pmJeremy Lin - G - Atlanta Hawks
Jeremy Lin led the Hawks with 19 points on Friday night, needing just 22 minutes to tally three rebounds, four assists, three steals and two threes.
Lin is coming on of late and it certainly looks like he'll be more of a factor in the rotation than he was to begin the year. He was also aggressive in this one, getting to the line for seven attempts (he hit them all). The injury risk and the youth movement in Atlanta make him a short-term option while he's running hot, but if you're looking for guard stats over the next couple weeks then you could do a lot worse than rolling the dice on Lin.
December 11, 2018, 6:31 pmBrandon Knight - G - Houston Rockets
Brandon Knight is likely to make his Rockets debut next week.
It's been over a year on the sidelines for Knight, who is on his way back from an offseason knee procedure. He'll be tasked with giving the Rockets some extra scoring off the bench, though the team probably can't lean on him right away even with the state of their depth. He's only a deep-league option but might have some wider appeal if Chris Paul or James Harden got hurt.

December 11, 2018, 6:29 pmDennis Smith Jr. - G - Dallas Mavericks
Dennis Smith Jr. (right wrist sprain) has been ruled out for Wednesday.
Smith has missed a week now with his wrist injury and hasn't returned to practice, so he's highly questionable to play later this week. Jalen Brunson has been playing well over the past few games and should continue to start for as long as Smith is out. He hasn't been good enough to warrant a firm hold recommendation in 12-team leagues, but he's certainly easier to wait on in 8-cat formats.
December 11, 2018, 6:20 pmEric Gordon - G - Houston Rockets
Eric Gordon will replace James Ennis in the starting lineup on Tuesday night.
Gordon had great success as a starter last season, but we haven't seen much of him starting alongside both Chris Paul and James Harden. His fantasy value shouldn't change much but it's possible that more time beside those playmakers helps his game, or for those stints to result in fewer touches and shots. The Rockets will be light on bench scoring tonight so we'll see how shots get redistributed between Ennis, Gary Clark and Gerald Green.

December 11, 2018, 6:19 pmJosh Richardson - F - Miami Heat
Josh Richardson is no longer on the injury report and will play on Wednesday night.
Richardson returned from a shoulder injury on Monday and will be right back to early-middle round value in no time. He's pretty much the only bankable fantasy player in Miami these days, and his return will eat into the work and opportunity for the fringe-relevant players on the roster — basically everybody else.
December 11, 2018, 6:17 pmGoran Dragic - G - Miami Heat
Goran Dragic is not on Tuesday's injury report.
Dragic sat out on Sunday for rest purposes but did play on Monday, though the fact that he only saw 18 minutes suggests he might still be less than 100 percent. Nevertheless, he's fine to plug into lineups and shouldn't be in danger of sitting out tomorrow.
December 11, 2018, 6:16 pmStanley Johnson - F - Detroit Pistons
Stanley Johnson (left knee contusion) is probable to play on Wednesday.
Johnson was a game-time decision on Monday and looks ready to return from his injury. He was originally slated to start in place of Reggie Bullock (ankle) before being made a late scratch last week. Johnson figures to replace Bruce Brown in the starting five and might appeal to fantasy owners in need of steals.
December 11, 2018, 6:13 pmHenry Ellenson - F - Detroit Pistons
Henry Ellenson (sprained left ankle) is listed as out ahead of Wednesday's tilt with the Hornets.
Ellenson was able to return to Monday's game after suffering the injury but he won't be in the lineup tomorrow. He typically isn't in the rotation anyway and only played yesterday since Blake Griffin was resting, so this news has no fantasy impact.
December 11, 2018, 6:12 pmE'Twaun Moore - G - New Orleans Pelicans
E'Twaun Moore (leg) is questionable to play on Wednesday.
Moore was given a rest day on Monday but was only able to play 16 minutes on Sunday, so his leg is clearly still bothering him. He's floating closer to the cut line in 12-team leagues after a very nice start to the year. Solomon Hill's starting job will be safe until gets healthy.

December 11, 2018, 6:09 pmNikola Mirotic - F - New Orleans Pelicans
Nikola Mirotic (right ankle) has been ruled out of Wednesday's game.
Mirotic left Monday's game early and after the game coach Gentry said that they'd sit him down until his ankle was fully healed. Julius Randle should be getting a boost from his typical middle-round numbers for as long as Mirotic is out while Darius Miller and Solomon Hill will get more minutes among New Orleans' complementary pieces. The Pelicans bench isn't a great spot for fantasy value so there isn't really a move to make outside of deep formats.

December 11, 2018, 6:06 pmReggie Bullock - F - Detroit Pistons
Reggie Bullock (sprained left ankle) is doubtful for Wednesday's game.
Bullock sat out on Monday and will probably need multiple games on the shelf. Bruce Brown, Luke Kennard and Langston Galloway will all play more in his absence but Stanley Johnson is likely to play the most once he recovers from his own injury. Kennard has the most upside of the group, as evidenced by his career-high game from Monday, but Galloway might be the steadiest.
