Jimmy Butler parlayed a hot start into a solid line in Monday’s win, finishing with 23 points (11-of-20 shooting), five rebounds, eight assists, two steals and a triple in 41 minutes.
Jimmy Buckets didn’t get to the free throw line at all, but that oddity aside it has to be considered a successful night. He started 7-for-7 from the field but managed to shift into facilitator mode as the game went on. In a development that should surprise absolutely nobody, Butler has climbed to the top of the second round in terms of fantasy value after a slow start to the year. Hopefully you bought low while the opportunity was there.
