May 6, 2018, 10:35 pmJoe InglesF, Utah Jazz
Joe Ingles scored 15 points with eight boards, four assists, two triples and a steal on Sunday against the Rockets in the 87-100 loss in Game 5.
Ingles had an efficient night going 6-of-13 from the field but didn’t score enough as the Jazz struggled to keep up with the Rockets’ potent offense and capable defense. The Jazz will need more play making and or scoring out of Ingles in Game 5 to extend the series.
January 23, 2020, 9:28 pmCollin SextonPG, Cleveland Cavaliers
Collin Sexton scored 29 points on 10-of-15 shooting to go with four rebounds, four assists, two steals and two triples in Thursday's 112-124 loss to the Wizards.
Sexton has been on a roll lately and tonight marks his fourth consecutive game with at least one 3-pointer made. Over the last two weeks, he's averaging 22.8 points, 3.8 boards, 3.0 assists, 0.5 steals and 2.7 3s on .456 shooting. It's unlikely this sticks, but he's been hot from deep and is adding more to his fantasy game than points as of late.
January 23, 2020, 9:27 pmDarius GarlandPG, Cleveland Cavaliers
Darius Garland scored 13 points on 4-of-17 shooting to go with one rebound, four dimes and three triples on Thursday.
Garland isn't doing you any favors with shooting splits and it's unlikely that he becomes any more efficient, but he does provide value in triples and dimes. If you can stomach some awful shooting nights, then he's worth an add, but be wary of the drag he'll cause to your field goal percentage.
January 23, 2020, 9:27 pmLarry Nance Jr.PF, Cleveland Cavaliers
Larry Nance Jr. scored 22 points on 10-of-14 shooting to go with 12 rebounds, three assists and two triples on Thursday.
Nance was able to log the most minutes (28) off the bench and he's shown that he can provide top-100 value when given the opportunity. He's a solid add and hold for now as the Cavs seem to be playing him enough for him to warrant ownership.
January 23, 2020, 9:26 pmKevin LovePF, Cleveland Cavaliers
Kevin Love scored 21 points on 8-of-19 shooting to go with five rebounds, two assists, two steals and three 3-pointers on Thursday.
Love had an off game against the Knicks, but predictably bounced back against the Wizards. He'll be inconsistent due to the fact that he relies on his 3-point shot, but his mid-round value is something you can rely on.
January 23, 2020, 9:26 pmBradley BealSG, Washington Wizards
Bradley Beal led the Wizards to their 124-112 win over the Cavs on Thursday with 36 points on 15-of-22 shooting to go with three rebounds, four assists, a block and three 3-pointers.
Beal was able to put up a big line while logging a limited amount of minutes which is exactly what we want to see. He was playing far too many minutes before and it's good that the Wizards seem to be more cautious about playing their star player.
January 23, 2020, 9:25 pmDavis BertansF, Washington Wizards
Davis Bertans scored 17 points on 6-of-10 shooting while adding two rebounds, two assists, a steal and four 3-pointers on Thursday.
Bertans continues to light it up from deep as one of the league's premier shooters. His value is as steady as ever, regardless of whether or not he starts.
January 23, 2020, 9:25 pmIsaiah ThomasPG, Washington Wizards
Isaiah Thomas scored 13 points on 5-of-12 shooting to go with three rebounds, four assists, one block and three 3-pointers on Thursday.
Thomas played well in a start, but the limited minutes are always going to cap his ceiling. Ish Smith (24 minutes, 17 points, four rebounds, five assists, two steals and a triple) played well in this one as well and he split minutes fairly evenly with Thomas (22 minutes) making neither player an attractive fantasy option.
January 23, 2020, 9:24 pmThomas BryantC, Washington Wizards
Thomas Bryant scored nine points on 4-of-5 shooting to go with three rebounds and a 3-pointer on Thursday.
Bryant is still on a minutes limit and although the Wizards won in a blowout, he didn't produce much outside of his scoring. He's difficult to hold onto for now, but after what he showed us earlier this season, owners should hang tight and try to see how things fare after his minutes ramp up.
January 23, 2020, 8:47 pmChandler HutchisonSF, Chicago Bulls
Chandler Hutchison (right knee contusion) is probable to face off against the Kings on Friday.
Hutchison has not been a factor in fantasy and his plethora of injuries have done nothing but slow his growth and development this season. Leave him on the wire.
January 23, 2020, 8:44 pmLauri MarkkanenPF, Chicago Bulls
Lauri Markkanen (left ankle sprain) is probable for Friday's game vs. the Kings.
Markkanen has been on a slump, so his bothersome ankle could be something that could share the blame. He's probable and should be able to give it a go. Keep him in your active lineups.
