• Joel Embiid
    F/C, Philadelphia Sixers

Joel Embiid had a monster performance in Thursday's 122-113 win over the Clippers with 41 points on 16-of-32 shooting to go with three 3-pointers, 13 rebounds, an assist and four blocks.

From tipoff Embiid had his fingerprints all over this game. He scored 24 points in the first half and there was no player on the Clippers roster capable of defending him in the paint. This was Embiid's best game of the year and has been the best Sixers player to start the season by far. Over the first nine games he's averaging 28.6 points, 11.8 rebounds, 1.4 3s, 3.8 assists, 0.2 steals and 2.3 blocks on .481 shooting. The crazy thing is that his 3-point attempts are up to 4.3 compared to last season's 3.4 and he's still maintaining this level of efficiency from the floor. As of now he's the No. 9 player in 9-cat leagues.
