Joel Embiid played 25 minutes in a loss against the Nuggets on Monday, finishing with 16 points on 5-of-15 from the field to go along with 5-of-6 from the line, one 3-pointer, four boards, one assist, five blocks and three turnovers.
Embiid played well despite the inefficiency, and he’s currently ranked in the top-60 on the season playing just 23 minutes per game. Imagine if that minutes restriction got lifted, he would be an absolute beast with his contributions across the board with decent percentages. He’s for real and should continue to be a great stash for owners that rolled the dice on him. The Process will unfortunately be rested for his next game against the Grizzlies on Tuesday due to a back-to-back.
