Jordan Clarkson scored a team-high 20 points to go with eight assists, five rebounds, two turnovers and two 3-pointers in the Lakers’ loss to the Clippers on Friday night.
On a night where the Lakers got embarrassed for most of the game, Clarkson was the only Laker to play more than one minute of game time and end up with a positive +/-. He finished +1 in 35 minutes while all the starters were a combined -72. With Lonzo Ball out, Clarkson’s minutes have gone way up. Tonight was his third straight game of playing more than 35 minutes and he’s responded very well. With Ball missing the next few games, Clarkson is a must own in any format.
