• Speaking to reporters, Josh Jackson quickly dismissed any discussion about him going through a shooting slump.

In his first four games the rookie shot a respectable 44.7 percent from the field but he has gone cold in the last few games shooting 2-of-8 in the Suns’ win over Utah, 3-of-11 against Portland on Saturday and 4-of-14 last night against the Nets. “I don’t think I’ve really struggled,” he said. “You make some and miss some.” Jackson is used to questions about his jump shot that he deflects them with ease. He also doesn’t buy into the idea that his jump shot is the weakest part of his game. Regardless of what he thinks his awful field goal and free throw percentages are the main reason he is outside the top-200 and he should only be treated as a stash in dynasty leagues as owners can do better in regular formats.
