• Josh Richardson had his knee brace removed and will be able to do light court work at training camp.

This is great news for Heat fans as Richardson will be a huge piece in the teams rebuilding process. He is on schedule with his recovery but there will definitely be no reason to rush back the second-year shooting guard if he doesn’t make it back on time for the season opener. He was an intriguing fantasy option near the end of last season and should be a nice pickup near the later rounds of the draft. Look for him to take a big step forward now that Dwyane Wade is out of town.

Fantasy News

  • Ricky Rubio
    PG, Phoenix Suns

Ricky Rubio (right ankle) is considered questionable for Tuesday's game.

Elie Okobo and Mikal Bridges are likely to see bumps in usage if Rubio is unavailable. Rubio went just 1-of-10 from the field on Sunday but ranks fourth in the league with 8.8 assists per game.

  • Javonte Green
    PF, Boston Celtics

Javonte Green (left knee soreness) is listed as questionable for Tuesday's game.

Green has averaged 4.9 points and 2.6 rebounds in his last ten games. That makes him a useful role player for the Celtics but not worth owning in fantasy circles. Brad Wanamaker could see a bit more action if Green doesn't play.

  • Enes Kanter
    C, Boston Celtics

Enes Kanter (right hip contusion) will be held out of Tuesday's game.

Kanter has missed two consecutive games, and Tuesday will mark the third. The production of Jayson Tatum and Daniel Theis have not left him with a useful role in most fantasy leagues.

  • Jayson Tatum
    SF, Boston Celtics

Jayson Tatum (right groin strain) is listed as doubtful for Tuesday's game.

Tatum hasn't played since Wednesday. Daniel Theis has assumed his spot in the starting lineup, scoring a total of 31 points with 15 rebounds over those two games.

  • Russell Westbrook
    PG, Houston Rockets

Russell Westbrook will be held out of Monday's game for rest purposes.

Westbrook has been sitting out one half of back-to-backs, so this isn't surprising. Eric Gordon and Austin Rivers should get all the minutes they can handle against the Jazz.

  • Clint Capela
    C, Houston Rockets

Clint Capela (right heel contusion) is considered doubtful for Monday's game.

Capela experienced heel issues in December and they are flaring up again. Isaiah Hartenstein should see an expanded role until he returns.

  • Goran Dragic
    PG, Miami Heat

Goran Dragic (left calf bruise) is listed as questionable for Monday's game.

Dragic missed Friday's matchup with the Clippers. Tyler Herro played a whopping 40 minutes in that game and could be used a lot again depending on who is able to suit up against the Magic.

  • Jamal Murray
    PG, Denver Nuggets

Jamal Murray (left ankle sprain) will not play in Tuesday's game.

Michael Porter Jr. has seen his value increase thanks to injuries to Murray and Paul Millsap. This will be Murray's 6th straight missed game and the Nuggets are not sure when he'll be ready to return.

  • Paul Millsap
    PF, Denver Nuggets

Paul Millsap (left knee contusion) has been ruled out of Tuesday's game.

This has really become a chronic issue. Tuesday will be the 11th straight game that Millsap has missed. Jerami Grant has been filling in admirably for him.

  • James Harden
    PG, Houston Rockets

A Rockets source said that "it would be surprising" if James Harden played on Monday due to a bruised left thigh.

Harden was already listed as doubtful for the game against the Jazz. This is nothing too serious, but Austin Rivers got 34 minutes on Sunday and should be in line for a similar boost in court time.
