Josh Richardson drew the start at point guard on Monday and delivered 18 points, four rebounds, three triples, a steal and two blocks.
Richardson was 7-of-16 from the field to cap off a nice night. He’s mentioned that averaging over a block a game is one of his goals for the year, and even if he falls a little short of that it’s no doubt that he’ll be one of the best guards in the game for that category. That’s nice out-of-position production to get, especially from a player who can also chip in points, threes and steals that’s available in the late-rounds. Richardson is currently being underdrafted, if you ask us.
