Justin Anderson fizzled in a start at the ACC on Sunday, scoring just six points and adding three boards, three assists and two steals in 24 minutes.
Anderson has plenty of upside and a starting role but hasn’t really put together a breakout performance. He’s still our favorite target in a crowded Philly rotation, but the productive lines tonight came from Nik Stauskas and Gerald Henderson. The two combined for 26 point and each hit a pair of triples, as Stauskas had five assists and Henderson picked up two steals. In moments like this it typically pays off to follow the upside players, though we certainly wouldn’t blame you for dropping Anderson if there’s a better player on the wire.
