• Karl-Anthony Towns scored 22 points and hauled in 12 rebounds in the Timberwolves’ win over the Los Angeles Lakers. Towns knocked down two treys, got one block, and also handed out two assists.

It was not the most efficient scoring night for Towns. He struggled with his shot, making 7-of-22 from the field and 6-of-10 from the free throw line. Towns has yet to deliver on the early first-round hype that surrounded him on draft day and is off to a respectable, but slow start (relative to ADP). Owners should not be overly concerned at this point. Remember that the season is still young, and so is Towns. He remains a top center in fantasy and can easily break into the elite big man tier this season at any given moment.
