Karl-Anthony Towns was able to tally 23 points, seven rebounds, three assists, two steals, two blocks and two 3-pointers in Friday's 101-113 loss to the Thunder.
Towns went 8-of-18 from the field but was 2-of-5 from deep, so it's not like added attempts from behind the arc killed him tonight. The Wolves went with a dress rehearsal approach tonight, playing nine guys for most of the night with three players getting two minutes or less. Other notable notes from this one include Jeff Teague going 17-4-4, Derrick Rose starting and getting the second-most shots on the team and Luol Deng getting a DNP-CD. Minnesota's roster could look very different by opening night so take this all with a grain of salt but the Wolves haven't shown us anything surprising so far in the preseason.
