The Spurs lost to the visiting Lakers on Wednesday, but the blow is dampened by the fact that Kawhi Leonard and LaMarcus Aldridge only combined for 30 minutes.
Leonard played 14 of those 30 and still managed a decent line of 11 points, two boards, three assists, two steals, one triple and one block on 5-of-8 shooting. Aldridge finished with 8 points, six boards, two steals and a block on 4-of-11 shooting in his 16 minutes. Both guys need to be in your lineups whenever they’re active, though it’ll be tough to guess when they sit out second halves like this. That sort of trickery from the coaching staff has long been the bane of fantasy owners’ existence. At least they were able to contribute across the board in their limited time tonight.
