• Kemba Walker
    G, Charlotte Hornets

In an interview with Michael Scotto of The Athletic, Kemba Walker said that he has no intentions of leaving the Hornets but added that it's up to management.

Walker also threw cold water on a potential move to New York, where he's from, saying that "[a]s far as seeing me in New York, I doubt it." He's entering the last year of his contract and the Hornets could be facing a rebuild, so the trade rumors have been swirling since the last trade deadline. Walker would be a huge get for any team but for now it seems like he's got his sights set on staying with Charlotte long-term — if the team stumbles to begin the year, however, management would probably explore trades so as not to lose their star for nothing. Walker also added that he's excited to learn from new signing Tony Parker, though the veteran won't pose any threat to his playing time. Kemba will be a top-30 fantasy option again this season.
