Kent Bazemore played 24 foul-plagued minutes in a loss to the Wolves on Monday, finishing with two points on 1-of-3 from the field, two boards, two assists, one steal, one block and three turnovers.
Yikes. He’s been awful this season and the flashes of his upside are so few and far between that owners have to be turning their Bazemore bobbleheads against the wall. He pretty much shoots 33% every night and any double-digit scoring night is like manna in the wilderness. The upside is just too high to recommend a drop and it’s still best to hold onto him unless you’re in a 10-team league. If there’s a super hot and promising free agent hanging out on the wire while you have no one else to drop in a standard league, we wouldn’t blame you for it.
